# 3.1 DeFi Elements

## Staking & Liquidity Provision

In addition to APUS-based buybacks and staking, we will implement a feature that allows users to provide liquidity (LP) and earn rewards. By allocating a portion of trading fees back to holders and LP providers, the system simultaneously enhances price stability and user engagement.

## Market Making

By conducting automatic buybacks, APUS applies consistent buying pressure to help mitigate sudden price drops. Furthermore, the liquidity safeguarded by APUS keeps spreads narrow, creating a market that is easier to trade in. Users can benefit from multiple revenue opportunities, including fee-based income and staking rewards.
